- Charlotte - she and her pronouns - baby plants are her favorite
- Matt - he and him pronouns - some plant from Northern California
- Tom - he and him pronouns - he likes beets
- Max - she and her pronouns - she said artichokes, basically
- Brittany - they and them pronouns - I forget what plant they said
- Bruce - he and him pronouns - he said something I don't remember
- Rick - he and him pronouns - he said the papaya tree

- Volunteer Meeting
- Archive Updates - Saff is organizing the archives upstairs. Wants
to make a local cabinet and a Spanish cabinet. Wants to do the
work from her house; more space.
- Infoshop Updates - Please give us your books. Do not shelf them
on your own. The database should be up and running very soon!
- We are going to flier all over Olympia!!!
- We are planning an Open House the first Friday of March.
- We are planning a huge awesome fundraising event for April 1st.

- Brittany - Gender Jam
- They want to know if they can make it a 50c3 to make it a free
event.
- Rick says that if we already approved them (which happened last
year) we don't need to reapprove them. If we need to update the
application is still on file.
- Brittany is going to fill out a new application.

- TCTV
- Media Island has its own show.
- We discussed having a TV here so people can watch our show.
- TCTV is used to "Media Island Presents" showing films.
- Let's not show anything without expressed permission.
- We should transfer the movies and films we have into digital so
we can air them on TCTV.
- Over a 7 month period we would have a group of people
knowledgable of the library we have.
- We should have a lot of material prepared so we don't run out.
- We have to time slots.

- Electric Update
- The floor in the upstairs room has been torn up in order to get
to wiring and replace the floor.
- Rick is absolutely amazing. Scott Busk has been helping for three
days and also is amazing!
- The room upstairs is half way done!!!!!!!
- All the electric in the house needs to be mapped out. It should
take about 3 hours.
- More work will be done starting Thursday.
- We are going to have new wiring.
- We should do something nice for Scott!!! (And Rick!)

- Proposal About Space - Free Wall at Media Island
- Can we make a free wall on the back of the KOWA studio?
- This could be a great way of building relationships with folks
doing street media.
- We wouldn't provide anything. People can just know it's there.
- Concern about paint fumes near the garden.
- We are going to have a temp free wall outside in the back until
we find a better spot.

- Internship Fair
- Matt Pfiefer, Rick, Bruce, and Charlotte are going to table.

- Space/Schedule
- Please don't schedule events during volunteer and Spokes Council
meetings
- Ladies' and Trans' Nights was moved to Thursdays
- Community Media Group moved from 6 to 7 on Thursdays as not to
conflict with LTN
- Move Nights moved to Wednesdays 7 to 10
- Don't use the KOWA studio without talking to KOWA
- Don't schedule events at Media Island without going to volunteer
& Spokes Council meetings
